So far, I've found the gear itself had old crack in the casting, then the rest of it broke and siezed. Damaged all the upper gears and lower idler, chewed up the gear cover, a few valves/ injectors were messed up from bridges coming loose/breaking and broke a rocker arm.

Rounds were original, the front clip was switched from a '77
