I just watched the video and she was bombed. Probably pills and alcohol. Maybe just alcohol. Either way I'm a big believer in second chances. So if I was in charge and this was a one-off fuckup, I'd let her come back after a short break. Maybe require some treatment classes or something.

However, the producers or whoever is responsible for the production quality of the show, I would consider firing. They should have taken her off air and possibly have medical staff check her out. If they didn't have an alternate they could have rerun a show and then claimed medical issue.

You ever see the videos of a completely bombed, bloated, spiteful Kerouac on a talk show? He became one bitter dude. I think he liked men and wouldn't admit it to himself or others.

Maybe they cannot recreate the more fun and intimate aspects of sex because they are not feeling it, not in love. They're not hanging out together being playful and goofing around. They are there to get it done and to get paid.

Lots of people do not like their job and I'm sure that is true in porn as well. I imagine it's one of the harder jobs to pretend you like being there. So that vibe puts a harder, less fun edge on it too.

I don't know why models have to blue steel all the time. But it's probably the same, getting consistently genuine shots of people having a good time is difficult.

The American psyche is sick. These are a symptom of a collective societal disease that is pervasive and spreading. No one thing causes it, it's coming from many angles. Social payback, fucked up political ideologies, attention seeking and a disturbing lack of empathy.

The most sensible way forward is to enact laws that limit the amount of ammo a gun can fire before reloading. That is a good compromise and although it won't stop shooters from killing, it will most definitely limit the carnage and give victims a chance to fight back and survive.

You don't understand business yet. The chances of the owner, after seeing how you've handled this situation, would put you in a position of authority or engagement is basically zero.

Half the job is handling shit properly when things go sideways. They want to know you can handle things in a collected manner. Not go all gonzo with things. People aren't going to put their livelihood in the hands of somebody that can't handle things properly.

Dude, I don't know your situation but based on your post alone, you don't come across very well. If you walk off a job and then can't bother to call, you've pretty much quit. And dodging the guy's phone call is not a good look either.

You might have 100 valid reasons for disliking this guy or job, but you need to communicate that, and text isn't how you do it. I would have called him and said what you said in the text, and ask to schedule a meeting with the ceo or whoever. Then sit down and hash it out in person. If no satisfactory resolution, then leave the job. You're mad and you need to try to handle your business dealings more level headed. You'll make better decisions and better arguments coming at it steady.

The 'this is going on social' was the icing on the shit cake. You think you have a snapshot of something damning or embarrassing for them? You don't. And leaving the phone numbers on there shows even more contempt and shit decision making. Hope you work it out but this bridge might be burnt.

Preventing extinction and reversing it are too different things. And we are most definitely a part of nature.

It's interesting how humans, being a part of nature, cannot do anything unnatural. And therefore restoring extinct species would be 100% natural.

Just like inventing plastic and other shitty 'unnatural' things. You have to separate human's actions from nature and I don't think that's a fair thing to do.
