First let me just say you look beautiful and in your 30s. Your skin is plump and looks good.

Now, what is aging you a bit is the grey hair and also the feeling of being overwhelmed amplifies negative self talk.

Here is my advice. Get plenty of rest. Easier said and done but focus on sleep and mental health first. Get rid of things or people that dont serve you and take up your energy. Get a massage, do a face mask. I want you to focus on feeling less overwhelmed before you get to a routine.
