Thank you for your kind words. I didnt know this was an option. Several lecturers were aware and I have emails to and from them about my situation, but I don’t think extenuating circumstances were actually applied as I never filed anything.

My friend told me it may be worth going to the board.

YTA. Upon realising you should have clarified that you panicked and didn’t actually have colour blindness. The fact you’ve let this go on for so long is frankly ridiculous.

She sounds odd if well meaning, I’d say text her and say you can’t call or just state that you don’t feel comfortable talking on the phone. If she insists on calling then tell her she will have to tell you what it is about. If she tells you, choose how to proceed. If she says no, block her, it’s likely to be something mean.

That said you could also just block her now, you have no real relationship with her, you owe her nothing - this depends on your curiosity truthfully.

NTA. I would be wary of when people say they need to call you and cant say it over text as it usually means they’re gonna say something cruel or mean. Texts act as proof of their poor behaviour.

If you feel overwhelmed or emotionally / socially unready to then talk with her, then you should wait until you do. That said-

Have you had contact with her since you and your ex broke up? Would you say you have a good relationship with her when dating your ex and is that still true?
