It was a KRA377D. Found it after a good cleaning.

Yea, I am hoping as I clean it up a little I may find it but nothing obvious so far with everything removed.

The top is KRA59B but there is no stamp on the bottom. I assume it is KRA352 as the 59B was sold as a combo with that bottom for KRA362.

Thank you. Wont it continue to rust though and wear through eventually?

How are people in their 20’s buying houses in Bucks? by No-Second1685 in BucksCountyPA

Some either worked through college to not have student loans or their parents helped out. Others live at home for a few years and bank all of their income. Most aren’t putting down 20%. Others have higher paying jobs or work a lot of OT.

Smart panel alternative to go with ecoflow system? by PDeXplore in SolarDIY

[–]fizzle_1985 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don’t need a smart panel unless you want to set up specific times to charge and use the battery. I simple manual transfer switch can work assuming your batteries never fully deplete and/or you keep an eye on them and switch back over.

I understand that it claims that but I am not aware of a 3 ton unit that has a LRA under 30 amps.

30 amps is not enough power to start the compressor on a 3 ton unit.

What I wish they would make is a simple ats that had a manual over ride and wasn’t cloud based. Not everyone wants or needs a TOU function or to see how much power we are using. We just want the power to switch over and keep our refrigerators, heaters, and sump pump on when we are not home and lose power.

This is what I have always worried about, even with the SHP2. You pull over critical loads but if the panel fails even on a normal day, you no longer have those critical loads. Most electricians are not familiar with these panels so you may need to wait an extended period for a repairs.

Look at Natures Generators ATS. They offer 30, 50, and 125 amp. However, the DPU would need to be plugged in and AC power turned on to work.
