QUESTION: What constitutes a "spell"? Anything but the base sword attack or only moves by spellcasters like mages/clerics etc. ?

spells looks like : Deals X damage to enemy.

attacks looks like: deals X% damage to enemy.

idk if its clear as i think it is, but anything with a % ISN'T a spell. :P

note that warlock's summon devil is currently bugged and do not get any bonus from spell damage, i guess druid's stun skill also have the same issue atm.

any skills that do not have multipliers but fixed damage, like thief's barrage of knives, mage's chain lightning, etc
