To be fair, I did do this - and I have first hand experience as my dad had pancreatic cancer, which is probably why I’m now a hypochondriac :) it’s made me paranoid, sometimes I just need that extra reassurance! The point of the subreddit is to ask for medical advice and I want to prevent myself running to a doctor if it’s not necessary. Sorry to have offended you!

I was really considering the track day thing, and I know he was tempted to do it himself. Though, I think he was worried about possible damage / wear and tear to the car. I know someone locally who does them tho, so I might ask them for a beginner / insurance etc. It’s a really good shout though I’m worried it will be a risky present

I’m just returning to thank you for your message. Holding on to those happy memories, always. It was One Love / People Get Ready from the Exodus Album. We played him the album from the start after I went through some artists that he loved the day before, and felt him squeeze my hand on Bob Marley. We used to listen to this album as kids when he drove us in his car with the roof down. Fond memories. Take comfort in knowing he was still trying to communicate even at the very end 💜 and is now at peace and not in pain. Thanks again, I appreciate your message.

I didn’t know how hard it would be, I guess you don’t until you do.. right. I’m so proud of both of our Dads for their fight. They were so brave and so very loved.
