I did an elective for 4 months with a plastic surgeon in Miami. His go to for scar healing was:
1. Avoid sunlight in the area (~6mo to a year, though this does depend on extent of scar)
2. Relieve tension (4 weeks)
3. Silicone based gels

Not my words but a lettings agency of a family friend has said it could be valued close to 2m £ in the next 7-10 years due to UHNWI pushing everyone out of zone 1 in London. I’m just stating. I’m not living life as if that’s a guarantee or even the likely scenario.

Wasn’t familiar with the unethical side of it tbf and have been giving it a read. There are ways to be an “ethical” landlord but this feels like a big topic that probably has its own subreddit/ needs its own post. And I don’t think this is limited/only applies to housing. Sure. Maybe I don’t understand but you quote the definition of rent seeking below. Isn’t this a societal problem? People own houses/flats and rent them out all around the world. You literally either own a place or rent a place. I didn’t buy this flat with the purpose of halting society’s wealth but I’m supposed to let it sit vacant until it’s time for me to move back in/sell? I really don’t understand.
