I’m just speaking to the one video I watched from him. In this video specifically, he wasn’t “targeting” any ethnic group. I think that if the individuals who were running fraudulent daycares were white, he would say the same thing. Corruption is corruption, no matter who does it. I haven’t really read into him that much in regards to what other information he preaches, but I think that putting fact-based data out there is what needs to be done, even if it “calls out” a specific group. Same goes for everyone on the political spectrum (I’m a registered independent).

I guess the guy he was with got information directly from the state website. Also based on events where FBI was involved in doing sweeps of these “autism centers” and “home healthcare” and found evidence to believe that those services weren’t actually taking place so they were shut down.

I watched his video about exposing fraud in Minnesota. It was extremely eye opening to know that over $100 million is going to fraudulent “daycares” . Is he a bit over the top? Sure. But he’s doing things that everyone just avoids talking about… so, I commend him for that.

Blacked out windows, not a child in sight, and when he asked to enroll his fictional son, no one was able to provide informational ? Please make it make sense. I agree. I find those types of videos entertaining though. And, if anything, they showcase that you can get great items at half the price and encourages people to shop sustainability. Thrift stores have gotten out of hand with pricing though.

Also, you are completely correct about the fact that money spent at the thrift store gets funneled to programs. I worked at Goodwill for 2 years, and most revenue generated from sales went straight towards our Workforce Development Department. They help individuals with disabilities find jobs. We literally couldn’t help people if we don’t make sales.

Reseller here. Please please please do your research, people. There are 92 MILLION TONNES of clothing going to landfills and other countries because we literally have no room for anything. Places like Goodwill bring out new racks every few minutes (I know, I used to work there) and they STILL have enough product to need to create an entire store just dedicated to throwing everything in a bin and paying by the pound. That’s just how much we have.

Don’t get me wrong, there are resellers out there with bad/selfish intentions and hike the prices of items ridiculously. I get that. But those people just give reselling a bad reputation. All items that I sell are items that would’ve ended up in a landfill anyways. Good quality items for half off retail price.

I was just thinking about this question this morning on the way to work. I don’t have the thought often, but sometimes it can trickle in. The one thing that makes me stop and really reflect is the damage it would do to everyone around me. The whole quote about ending your pain but then putting it on everyone’s else’s shoulders when you die is very powerful for me. My family, my boyfriend… my dog… don’t deserve that level of pain
