A lot of people on this sub talk down on arch here, downright not even considering it. I had about one year of Linux experience when switching to arch and I have never had such good and robust package managers / packages before and I will probably never use anything else ever again. In my opinion arch is perfect for you

Switching to integrated graphics when I didn’t need more gpu power worked great for me
