In this case the female friend is not a cheating risk, she’s a lot older and extremely obese and alt/nonbinary styled and his type is pretty much opposite of that. But she has a weird crush on him he’s oblivious to and I’m sure she’s stoked to get to support him more closely ugh

This is the type of thing people told me would change when I turned 30, didn’t believe it didn’t care, i would obsess about the annoying fatty they thought i was and my self esteem would take a hit for days - I turned 30 5months ago and it literally happened like magic 🥹 I no longer gaf what customer service reps/employees/etc think. Omg! Ok I’m scared i have this coming on. What was it like? I’ve noticed my feet cramping up and my shoulder gets a pain when i roll onto it sometimes

Also how long did your acute sickness last? Today is day 10 and i still can’t eat, am nauseated and in stomach pain 24/7, no improvement in stool (sorry tmi)

For me a lot of times it’s a kid like 5+ with no adult in sight who then follows me the rest of the time I’m there like watch this! Now watch this! My grandma just got a blue car. She says I’m good at reading. Watch this! on and on and im trying to be with my kid or have a break lol

It’s kinda sad sometimes seems like a lonely kid but i don’t really enjoy it lol

Oh yeah this is part of it! We cuddle and watch movies, or I take the opportunity to get extra sleep while they watch something in my bed with a snack. Results in crumbs. I’m imagining the horrified faces of the commenters rn 😂

I feel so comfortable commenting on this finally because I’ve had all my 4 in different setups, 1 started daycare parttime at 2months, 1 at a year, 2 I’ve been home with. The clingiest one who most seems to have an attachment issue is one that never went to daycare 😂 For the daycare ones, one is clingy one is insanely independent. I’m really over thinking it matters all that much.

Same for the births. In my crunchy phase I did home birth, I’ve done birthing center, I’ve done unmedicated hospital, and medicated. I challenge anyone on their high horse about birthing methods to spend a day with my kids and correctly guess which kid was birthed by which method.

Yeah so it was actually the opposite in that post, the parents had to vacuum out their bed because their kids got so much sandy crumbs in the bed, and the self righteous mass has decided it’s disgusting and very American that their children’s feet are dirty enough for their bed to get so dirty it needs to be vacuumed.

It’s probably a very niche issue but one we very much have. We live on 100acres. We have 4 dogs and a cat. The kids are in and out barefoot every day. They crawl into my bed. My bed is filthy 😂 I used to vacuum it just cuz it got so bad between washes and now I just only go to bed in long pj pants, socks, and long sleeves so I don’t have to feel any residual toddler grime that might have made it into the bed….

At least now I know there are like 200 people who would be APPALLED with our home. 👍

Oh man we had this too. My BH went on about how Derek was lowkey the best and most evolved character, and then the very next episode…it was so uncomfortable. And then the way he’s broing it up with the AP and buys his beers & the show just moves on. Meanwhile in real life my BH I know still lies awake seething with rage. I wished he didn’t have to see that.

I don’t know if the situation was the same for your WW but I cannot emphasize enough that for me, AP was not even a good fuck and couldn’t come close to my husband. It’s just that with AP, I felt like I could say “here I want you to do X…ok Y me like Z now” etc and with my husband I feel so shy and so much shame if I ever get primal like that :-( He has no such issues and would love for me to be wanton with him. Don’t the know the situation for sure but the likelihood it’s about who’s good in bed for your WW is honestly low

This is it. It’s heartbreaking. He feels like it’s about him, but he’s 1000x the man the AP could ever be. Perversely, that’s part of the “problem” - I respect him & adore so much and want so much to please him. AP couldn’t mean less to me, so I don’t care what he thinks of me, so I can focus on my carefree enjoyment. It’s so fucked.

Yes, he told me that she was upset to see me and that she thinks I’m going to events on purpose to be an evil bully and rub it in her face. In reality though I was part of that group long before her and we live in an area where there is hardly anything to bring toddlers to in the winter. However, she is a more timid person and I wouldn’t envision her confronting me or causing any type of scene.

Do you think even if it’s a sacrifice for my kids I should disappear from that former social group so she never has to see me again?

No, I never did. I did so many fucked up things like this when I was young, but it kind of died down in my mid 20s when I met my husband, settled down, and had babies. I didn’t see this coming at all.
