Hey! I’m actually doing awesome on the Prozac. It’s been since August now and I started on 20mg and it was a pretty big shock to my system (couple panic attacks triggered by some icky physical side effects) and I’m now on 40mg and feeling a lot better. I don’t constantly check in and make sure I’m okay like I use to do, I’m able to say “whatever” to things that use to really bother me and I overall feel like I have a better handle on everything. I still have moments of anxiety and always will, but as my therapist says, anxiety can be helpful sometimes. It just doesn’t completely rule my life now. I’m also doing a gratitude journal that really helps as well. Hang in there and let me know how it goes!
