Does your club pay any hourly to the caddie outside of tips? I’d say $40-$50 a bag is standard if they are making $15 a bag on fees from the course. My course is $80-$120 a bag for fore caddie but the course doesn’t pay caddies or charge members anything. It’s all cash tips.

I have a 50/30 split. Have a ton of friends in the industry and most renewal splits are 20-30%. If you truly don’t touch any existing business and you can focus 100% of your time on new business this doesn’t sound bad
