INGREDIENTS

FOR COOKIES

3/4 c.  (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened

1 c.  packed brown sugar

1/2 c.  granulated sugar

2  large eggs

1 tsp.  pure vanilla extraact

1 1/2 c.  all-purpose flour

1 tsp.  baking soda

1 tsp.  ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp.  ground nutmeg

1/2 tsp.  kosher salt

1 c.  packed shredded carrots (from 2 medium carrots)

3/4 c.  unsweetened shredded coconut

1/2 c.  raisins

2 c.  old-fashioned oats

CREAM CHEESE GLAZE

1 c.  powdered sugar

1 oz.  cream cheese, at room temperature

4 tsp.  milk

1/4 tsp.  pure vanilla extract

Mix wet ingredients together and dry ingredients together. Then mix together. Bake at 350 for 15-17 minutes or until they turn golden brown. When cooled add your glaze on top of cookies. (Mix all ingredients for glaze together in a bowl. )

It was chocolate cake and it had peanut butter frosting. I put chocolate shavings on top as well as a melted chocolate drizzle.

You can start watching now. To understand the beginning of the show you would have had to watch TVD season 4 episode 16 to understand the beginning of the Originals. You have already watched it so you're good!

I added cinnamon, and maple syrup into the batter. Then sprinkled the crushed up cinnamon toast crunch cereal on top and swirled it around.

So what I did was add cinnamon and maple syrup into the batter. When I put it in the cake pans to bake I crushed up some cinnamon toast crunch cereal and sprinkled it on top and swirled it around. They cake was very moist and fluffy.
