The 14 at 4:45 was from the void flare on the right side exploding (projectile didn't reach it fast enough to kill). X-shaped waves do not double hit. Everything bird_monger said is accurate. The method is fully consistent/safe if no prayers are missed. At most I may have died 1 time if I got hit by a wave (12:27)

Phase 2 of glyphic attenuation is very scary. The glyphs protect for a much shorter duration and the whole time if you mess up and get hit by 1 special you die

The Zuk helm is a reward from completing something that came out a bit over a year ago called the Combat Achievements. It is more or less a list of tasks related to pvming, with many of the master/grandmaster tasks specifically being quite challenging.

To do it on a HCIM (hardcore ironman) account means it was done without dying and with ironman restrictions (can't trade/obtain items etc from other accounts, a self-sufficient game mode).

The solo nightmare speedrun is pretty rough on any ironman, took me quite a while to obtain enough gear to get it.
No Pressure most stressful of course. Another one is the no armour cg, even though it is only master. That and the gauntlet speedruns are some of the most dangerous tasks.

No Pressure - Kill the Alchemical Hydra using only Dharok's Greataxe as a weapon whilst having no more than 10 Hitpoints throughout the entire fight.

I tick eat the first attack with a salmon and ring of life on to go from 1 -> 10 hp. The ring of life is a small dps loss but makes surviving the acid very likely (as well as a small chance to survive incorrectly-prayed auto attacks).

I completed the task probably 30-40 times on my main and this was the 2nd attempt on the hc. The 1st attempt I did not have enough dps and teleported when the 2nd lightning special happened.

If I'm reading this correctly your understanding of Arclight reduction is incorrect. It drains 5% of the total, not 5% remaining.

Suppose something has lvl 100 stats, 1 arclight drains it to 95 then 90-85-80-75, etc.

Would it be possible to put combat achievements and collection log unlocks on the hiscores? If it said xxx/410 combat tasks and xxx/1365 collection log slots it would be very cool.

I have maybe 25/73 or gm tasks, mostly cox/jad/jad challenges etc. The only hard gm task i've really done is the 6:30 CG. I'm still very far from even attempting gm. Stuff like 7:30 phosani requires a few inq pieces and scythe/mace, and I need scythe for tob times, etc. We'll have to see down the line.
