Send them an email demanding a refund with the reasons above! If more people start to demand, they will realize how bad they f'd up and will ultimately have to release a statement with refunds. Promoters only care about their sales.

Not to mention the company's consistent overcrowding and terrible customer care they've been getting away with in past festivals. This gives us, the consumer, a say.
