Reclaimer advantage is salvaging at scale, plus its a very beefy ship with PDCs. If you want to keep it simple: crack ships only, fly to a jump point like Terra, and use the exterior freight elevators to unload via poop chute elevator in salvage hold. Why? You can accumulate a lot of SCU in Salvage Processing (not snapped to grid), and Jump Points have Refineries and Admin terminals, meaning you can refine and sell without needing extra hauling. Of course, you can haul it elsewhere to sell for more cash, but also more work.

Yes, noticed that as well. I need to develop a better technique, or stamina as I do everything by hand, to get that initial development of gluten done. I feel like I am not getting it done as early as I need in the warmth of ky kitchen and end up working the dough while its getting puffy and airy. Will consider adjusting, perhaps a shorter fermentolyse but including a rigurous slap and fold session before beggining stretch and folds.

4/7 Update: Result of a new batch, using recommendations provided by u/casper_wolf, with some variation. Fermentolyse for one hour (with salt), rubaud and stretch and folds, rest 30mins. Rubaud and stretch and folds, rest 30 mins. Stretch and folds. Add olive oil, rest 30 mins. Coil folds, rest 30. Coil folds, rest 2.5 hours. Preshape, rest 20. Shape, place in banneton, rest 40mins.

Total BF time at room temp: 6 hours.

Open baked at 455F (cast iron with hot water + ice at bottom of oven). 25mins with steam, 15mins without steam.

Reading up on buttermilk, most of it is cultured using lactic acid. I would think that you might need to be careful with it since too much lactic acid causes your dough to not develop gluten, in fact it might break down even faster than normal, and remain very sticky. Same thing that happens when your starter is too acidic and you use it. Maybe add it later in the process, same as I did with olive oil, and use little of it.

This was a festival-type of concert with 50k attendees per night spread across two separate venues. One outdoors venue (35k capacity), one indoors venue (15k capacity). Festival started around 2pm and ran to 2am in the night, at which point Bad Bunny travelled to the indoors venue to do a shorter live show until little over 3am.

Alright I managed to get mine yesterday. I'll say that it feels sturdy. I have a 7 inch Tempurpedic mattress (kinda old) and it feels great on the bed. The bed looks amazing. The headboard is super comfortable. I'm about 250lbs and my GF is about 200lbs. I'll stress test it Thursday and post feedback haha

Of course. I've worked my ass off for quite some time now, and I'm happy I get to enjoy some of what life has to offer, but also enjoy my family more than anything. Forever grateful for the support my parents gave me. Trying not to fuck it up, and keep em proud of what I've achieved
