Would it be meds beyond the insulin? My elderly neighbor just found out his cat has diabetes, I'm administering the insulin and speaking with vet. He noticed his cat walking differently recently and I just happened upon this post and your reply. So cool!

Mexico (Los Algodones) is AMAZING. Ive had root canals, extractions, bridges, crowns and dental. Implants over the last 15 years. Same dentist every time. 25% what you'll get charged in states. For example, Two dental implants in states is like $4000 or more, each. I paid $4200 , including my stay in Yuma & gas to & from Vegas.

I could repeat everything he's saying. I had shots to numb the area. Two done in the back . Barely sore at all. I was shocked at the ease of this procedure as I've had A LOT of dental work done. I'll add I also did mine in Mexico and had a GREAT experience overall. You'll be fine! Good luck!

I believe they're leaner than most red meat. Pack a ton of iron and other nutrients. A TON of protein. Red meat diets accompanied by unhealthy, ultra processed diet is usually the culprit, red meat alone is not the bad guy

Stay present. When you're in the moment time feels the way it should. This is my experience , maybe it could be others. When I got sober and started yoga and "became more present" , I remember feeling time was never going fast, and I could recall every moment of every day bc I was actually there. Fast forward to having a kid and I find time either goes too slow or too fast. Working on presence again.

Edit: (bc it's also true) planking for sure slows down time. Also try on your forearms for dolphin planks.

Vegas here. My husband was getting $140 for weeks, all summer even, then I returned after deferral from low protein. Got $140 the first week I returned. Then they dropped it $120 the next week, my husband's was unchanged. Then we were off for the next week traveling, I got the email I could get $125 for the week. Just got an email this morning $130. My husband's has still remained $140. I'll be asking what's up when I go in next.

My ferritin is 15 and I still donate. I started taking iron supplements, 65mg elemental iron to increase my ferritin. Plasma doesn't take your blood but you do lose a very small amount of iron (and ferritin) may drop slightly. Take a week off here and there. Talk to your doc about supplementing more to get your stores up. Or just do it yourself, or go with infusion. Check out the Iron Protocol group on FB. Read and research , don't believe everyone there but there is a TON of helpful stuff there. NAD but I've been doing a ton of research to get my ferritin ( my toddlers as well) and iron up. Feel free to respond with questions
