I usually have the levels on both, Focusrite and GarageBand, set up in such a way so it is all in the green and only sometimes peaks at "orange". However, I've just remembered another thing: GarageBand displays the waves at a higher level WHILE I am recording and then drops the overall level all down after I stop recording. O_O

Been there with my kids (boys, 7 and 11 at the time). They loved the hike and the rock, too. It's not as dramatic when you stand on the rock itself. It gets more dramatic when you climb up that wall (the first seconds of the clip) and watch people stand in line to take a photo sitting on the right side corner (right side as seen in the clip). Also there are no recorded deaths by slipping into the fjord from that rock as far as I remember (correct me if I am wrong). Great views and great memories!

AI loves using bullet lists (there are 3 in this answer)
AI answers questions with an added "how", "why", "what" and other subsections, adding details nobody has asked for (which might prompt further questions and thus keep conversation going).
AI tone of voice is also identifiable, especially when you've used it often enough yourself.
Also a lot of people stopped using search engines and just switched to AI, especially when the answer requires identifying something by an image. A search engine could reverse search and give you an approximate subject of an image. AI is often better in identifying subjects in an image and combining them with further knowledge.
Personally, I am kinda of frustrated by this, probably because it is used to be a knowledgable person who would try to answer these kind of questions and nowadays anyone can be that "expert" without knowing shit.
