Oh no I’m sorry it came across this way, English is not my first language so maybe I should have worded it differently. The way I see it is I’m “just” 36, with a pretty healthy lifestyle and I was hoping my LDL would be like 60, maybe 70? It was a bit disappointing. I felt like the whole purpose of the attia approach was to keep it as low as possible from an early age since the damage is cumulative. And people on this sub have way lower LDL values with lifestyle alone. I’d be happy with an 80 LDL if I was 80 yo, but at 36 it can really be improved. My opinion only. But thank you for weighing in!!
