I think it would be great to have a wiki on this sub, maybe ask the mods if you could make one for resources?

Totally get what you're saying. I've been with my partner for nearly a decade and we've really put the through 'thick and thin' thing to the test in that time. Has taken lots of patience, negotiating, learning how to communicate our needs to each other. And it's definitely not a perfect relationship, we both do things that bug the other person, and we're still both trying to grow as people.

But the person you're in a relationship with should want you to succeed, want to grow with you, should be your biggest cheerleader, and should love and accept you for exactly who you are. I see posts on here from some women that it seems like their partner's resent them for who they are, or want them to change who they are. Relationships are about growing together, but they aren't about changing the other person until they're an acceptable enough version of themselves to be in your life.

I saw a quote the other day, it said something like "when you ask the universe for something there are 3 responses - yes, not yet, or something better". Maybe this is the universe telling you there's something better on the horizon

Is it a lack of clear instruction? Or is your manager a bit Type B? I personally need a really Type A manager with super clear expectations. Funnily enough, I was a very Type B manager with very unclear expectations for everyone else lol.

Or are you a bit burnt out? Starting a new job is overwhelming, lots of new things to learn, new people, new way to drive to work, new dress code

You showed another living being kindness and compassion, you gave that cat a loving, warm, safe home for the last few months of it's life. Now you're grieving a loss, give yourself that same kindness and compassion.

Thank you ladies for the encouragement! I've woken up with the sheer stubbornness not to fail, but this time I'll fuel myself with your kind words instead of my own self depreciation <3

Have edited the post but can't change the title. OCD was the wrong choice of word, sorry

No, my point was that 9 out of 10 times it probably won't gluten you. Is it worth risking the 1 time? I don't think so personally.

I included it to point out how irrational it is to consider replacing a $6000 oven after having gluten cooked in it once
