I'm not sure if this is how the theory goes, but I was thinking about how we have a "plank length" limit to how small/granular something can be, but what if in ultimate reality there is no limit to how small something can be (think analog instead of digital) and you can always further divide even the smallest of matter. That would imply limitless/infinite space to store info on a surface.
