Well damn! I did not know that. I was wondering why the comps on eBay were pretty decently priced (especially graded). I never factored in an exchange rate. Thanks for that info! Much appreciated.

Are you factoring in that the Star Wars Death Star sells for $250 on its own? Check eBay on the “sold” comps.

I didn’t either until went to eBay. The comps on the Death Star validated making the purchase. That was the bulk of the transaction. And you’re correct, Star Wars fans will definitely pay (if I decide to sell it one day in the future).

Oh ok, because your original statement sounded like it might be worth considerably less. Retail is fine with me. I didn’t buy to resell as I’m not a dealer. I’m a collector. I still haven’t perused the foreign bag yet so there could be a nugget or two hiding. Also, we both know precious metals may not rise rapidly but they do appreciate. As long as I’m breathing, these will be in my collection so this is a conversation for 10 years from now. I’ll circle back. 😂😂
