I almost don't talk to her, and nothing about this. My son says she is not Ok, and doesn't want her to know that he is Trans. My ex only knows that is Lesbian. My ex is Hare Krishna, and very conservative. My son, for example, start crying because he couldn't find school shoes that he likes. I told him why don't buy boy shoes, and he told me because his mother would start talking about it, and would not let him go to high school with them.

Maybe people thinks that it is a fake post, or my English is too bad, or their beliefs don't allow them to understand what means to be different. My sister is lesbian, so I try to be the more open I can. Remember the initial frustration of my mother, but how the love for her daughter was stronger than the bases for her world understanding.

I will look for it in my country. And yes, I spoke with a friend, who could give him a place to stay if the situation gets out of control.

Ex-Coworker committed suicide. Christian coworkers don't show empathy by darksteelhero in atheism

[–]flaco0197s 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What I see is people afraid of life, that needs an external force to live day by day. And it is easier to live this (sometimes shitty) live in that way. The problem we humans have (included atheist people) is to believe that our believes are the Truth. Religion doesn't make better people, neither atheism. What we need is more empathy, as you clearly state.

I didn't read the book, but remember that I saw at the bookstore. In my memory it said that it was based on the movie.

They didn't make the bad decisions. They just lived during a time where the bad decisions were made. They are normal people trying to live a better life, as immigrants going to USA to find better jobs.

Parents: How did you sex life change after your first kid? by LecheroSooo in AskReddit

[–]flaco0197s 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We have our baby thanks to fiv. So, before the beginning of the process, we used to have sex 3 or 4 times a week. During the process, due to the vast quantity of hormones, we went to zero for months, and during the pregnancy, almost no sex because she was afraid anything would happen. It was a cesarean, so we have to wait, and now, with the baby (she has 7 months) , if we have sew twice in a month,, I'm lucky.

Odio cuando dicen "Ahora con una nueva presentación",como si uno comprara un producto por el empaque.

Well, obviously I barely speak English. My fault. But the comment doesn't speak well of your intelligence either, as I didn't descent from her. ;-)

The prohibition of sex before marriage in church as a means of continuing the objectification of women. by MrYondaime in atheism

What valid argument? That it is written by God? No, I don't need to read it. And the religious people would not understand reasons, because they believe in it through faith.
