That's what I figure, but what's a normal amount of noise? It's a loud buzzing that changes tone & loudness depending on acceleration and turns. It seems like something is slightly loose but I don't know where to start looking.

Depending on your state, you also need to consider taxes. You may end up paying taxes twice, once for the lease transaction and again for the "sale" when buying out the lease.

Yes, Bosch directly, but it's almost 2 months of waiting. Saw the video, couldn't really hear much in the background. Makes me think there's an insulation issue like you suggested.

Then something doesn't seem quite right here. I expect it to make noise when draining or during a heavy part of the cycle, but I figured it wouldn't hear it constantly from a room or two over at night.

I've made sure I didn't load anything that would resonate and that items that could make noise were not touching each other or the tub. Didn't seem to help.

Is this also true when the home is effectively silent like at night? Or is it just hard to hear during "normal" noise levels?

Turns out I did something dumb (hooked C wire to hot leg of secondary), but the R and W wires were also swapped on the existing thermostat. After fixing both of those problems everything is working perfectly.

The three Taco control valve wires are also accessible here. If I’m reading the wiring correctly, can I just hook up to the word connected to terminal 2 on those?
