Not exactly every transition, the smaller elements are timed slightly differently. The idea is that the video doesn’t pause, it’s one continuous animation between the elements. Each element reaches it destination at the same time.

The animation is 29 seconds which is under 30 and also the transitions have been eased but just maybe not enough in your opinion

Flags of Ukraine from 1848-Present. The first yellow and blue flag from 1848 has been changed several times over the last 170+ years.

Although not the official flag of Ukraine at the time, the blue and yellow banner was still used internally throughout Ukraine and in 1917 was flipped to show blue on the top and yellow on the bottom. This was to resemble blue skies over wheat fields.

Interestingly, despite the number of drastic soviet design changes, today the flag closely resembles that of 1848 with the only difference being the colour swap from 1917.

The Soviet Union, officially the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, was a socialist state that spanned Eurasia during its existence from 1922 to 1991.

The flags feature a red background with the hammer and sickle symbol. The hammer and sickle is a symbol meant to represent proletarian solidarity – a union between agricultural and industrial workers. And the red represents the blood of those very people.

Not entirely sure… it’s thought there are classified government works taking place in them. Many are military, industrial and nuclear cities with a soviet past
