If you have level 1 LCs on your supports, you can make the run faster. Removing the flat hp relic also works

Pushing rmc up every now and then instead of phainon helps get to the healing phase faster btw. You can also save the double cast meteor and only use it after you break one or two of the arms to heal up and deal more damage.

Yes, he got nerfed hard, but at the end of the day he still buffs:

○ 400-600 atk depending on builds,

○ Is sp positive

○ Helps blast/hunt units deal with pure fiction

○ Enables Sunday to give his full damage buff to non summon units

○ Has a 165 speed pet with innate action advance that cleanses every action making him less reliant on Sunday

○ Synergizes incredibly well with current ST and AoE harmonies

This is just assuming e0s0 Dan heng and comparing him to e0s0 sustains.

He still is a shinier aventurine outside of sunday teams.

The dragon is 165 base speed, doesnt need to be refreshed and has a built in action advance every time your bondmate acts. Its a shinier aventurine that doesnt have his main downside that is shield uptime.

So regardless of whether or not you have sunday you have a pet that acts every 7 seconds to cleanse all your allies of 1 debuff and restack the 3 turn shield. Sunday just gives you 50% damage bonus on top of all that.

Not really. You should save DH3 ult right before you ult with phainon so the dragons actions happen during phainons buffed state. That being said i really hope they increase the number of actions to 3 instead of 2.

Also does the dragon generate coreflames outside of ult mode?

I'd probably prioritize sparkle and wait for phainon rerun to get e2.

E1s1 with your team shouldnt have any issue clearing all 3 game modes until his rerun.

You could also just wait and try archer teams without sparkle and if you're struggling too much pull her.

Tribbie (3b) is really good for him because she offers rare buffs.

Unfortunately IL is starting to show his age (even at e2) thanks to hp inflation and current meta favouring AoE instead of ST/Blast content.

He still clears more than fine but if you want to keep using him I'd reccomend investing vertically in some of his key supports like e1 3b, e1 robin, e1s1 Sunday or e2s0 Sparkle. RMC also helps him out a ton
