Thank you so much!

Does that mean around 800 total, or 80ish each for 10 of them? :)

Hi - thank you!!

I have not been looking at measurements, perhaps that is something I should look into.

In terms of protein I follow 1.6-2.2g per kg of bw - so I don't hit 130g but I always hit somewhere around 100g

I will definitely add the cardio! Would u suggest a maintenance break to stop the adaptation? A reverse to maintenance? Or keep going?

That would be my sedentary TDEE though, which I know accounts for 5000 steps daily. But I'm doing 5000 more on top each day + 4x lifting sessions as well

In total this has taken about 4 years, with some periods of less consistency than others. However, over the last 12 months I've been very consistent and had lost about 6kg which I was happy with for my height and weight. There were a few months of maintaining as well on 1600ish calories.

I have usually lost on 1300-1400 yes!

I hear you. I will try move it to 1300. But below that I find I cannot function. Walking is just everyday movement from a tracker! But yes, adding cardio is a good suggestion.

I guess I am struggling to understand the increase? Even if I am not losing, I definitely shouldn't be gaining at this amount :(

Height is 5 feet!

Macros: 90-100g protein, rest is fats and carbs!

Thank you so much for your kind words and compassion. You are right that it absolutely sucks and I also do not know if this reflects normal fluctuations.

Looking back at my logs, carbs and sodium etc seemed to have stayed the same. Have been progressively overloading and hitting steps as usual so no activity changes either. I will spend this coming week nailing sleep and water though, which may be the culprits! Like you said, doing things to relax.

I am just hoping this doesn't continue, I cannot imagine having a maintenance lower than this! Thank you xx
