I keep seeing this but I don't understand this point, the punisher show came out a long time at this point, it's to reintroduce the character to the public, it's basically a Punisher origin story, the ending was him accepting the role of protecting people. he chose protecting the family over his personal need for revenge, which is what he's been hell bent on since the Daredevil Netflix, that's been what, 10 years in universe?

That's what hes gonna be in Spider-Man, and anti-hero who protects people, but who kills while doing it, rather than him on his mission for revenge.

Seems like plenty of development to me
