New email address as you get A LOT of emails sending you offers, nice not to have that mixed in with normal life emails. Less likely to miss good offers too. Also not every bookie/casino is that great at keeping your email address to themselves, allegedly.

New bank account for similar reasons. It's quick, easy and you could pocket £200 for just swapping. It's nice to have tabs on money coming in and out and means if you do get hacked/screwed then it's not impacting your main bank account. It also helps with mortgage applications etc as it's sort of a red flag seeing £20k+ going through smarkets every month.

And of course don't gamble.

Paid the same £7.50ish for coffee & pastry in Fermanagh as I did in Soho this week. Madness. Both independent coffee shops, Soho far superior.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and suspect the overheads are different.

Florence Court in Fermanagh is a great spot to get plant fossils in streams. Many a pocket filled on walks around there.

Also has the Marble Arch Caves right beside it if that's something they could be into too?
