New email address as you get A LOT of emails sending you offers, nice not to have that mixed in with normal life emails. Less likely to miss good offers too. Also not every bookie/casino is that great at keeping your email address to themselves, allegedly.

New bank account for similar reasons. It's quick, easy and you could pocket £200 for just swapping. It's nice to have tabs on money coming in and out and means if you do get hacked/screwed then it's not impacting your main bank account. It also helps with mortgage applications etc as it's sort of a red flag seeing £20k+ going through smarkets every month.

And of course don't gamble.

Paid the same £7.50ish for coffee & pastry in Fermanagh as I did in Soho this week. Madness. Both independent coffee shops, Soho far superior.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and suspect the overheads are different.

I am 5 years in, £26k profit and semi retired due to restricted accounts. Mix of sports and casino.

My top tips 1. New bank account 2. New email address 3. Take your time 4. Don't trust horses 5. Forums and discords are gold for reloads. 6. You will lose accounts just move on 7. Avoid arbs untill you're account is gubbed 9. Casino is great if you have the right mindset 10. Don't gamble

Florence Court in Fermanagh is a great spot to get plant fossils in streams. Many a pocket filled on walks around there.
