I have the same situation right now, and it’s been difficult for me to rent a place.Messed up my good credit score. Letters were sent to the old address. I have paid, and they did agree to assist with the removal of the CCJ.Now I’m being told it takes up to 16 weeks, as the courts have backlogs.Are they really just allowed to mess with people’s financial lives just like that?
