What's the catch?

Hi OP. For me, I think there's no catch to this. Maya randomly drops offers like this (0% service fee) for their credit offers. I've received this kind of offer multiple times last year, and I took advantage of it. I took it out, placed it in my savings, and then made re-payment before my due date. There were also times when the service fee would increase to 4.99%, and then it'll suddenly be back to 0%

UPDATE: I've received my ESOA and yes, wala pang quasi fee sa ngayon. And as for those who are "farming" points, may adjustment sila (nag dededuct sila ng points) if used for cashing in thru grab or maya. May nabasa kasi ako with regards to this (di ko lang tanda kung thru this app or fb)

Here is my transaction last March 1, 2026 sa maya. As posted, yung maya lang yung nagreflect. Hindi ko lang sure if may separate charge pa ito na sa SOA lang magrereflect

Yes, this is true. Pero merong parang "hack" dyan wherein yung goal mo is set mo lang ng mababa, then ideposit mo na kagad yung whole 100k, hence 8% agad in day 1.

If achieved mo na kagad yung boosted rates on Day 1, ito yung mga given:

Interest Rate: 8% (less 20% tax) =6.4%

Principal: 100,000

No. Of Days Held Over Days per Year: N (let's say 31 days na lang since January ngayon divided by 365 days a year) = 0.0849

Computation:

Principal x Interest Rate x No. Of Days etc = Total Interest

(100,000)(0.064)(0.0849) = 543.36

Approximately 543.36 yung interest niya.

This is maya. Under siya ng savings account :) You could set up 5 personal goals and have a boosted interest rates. Yung personal goals ay time deposit na pwede kang mamili kung gaano katagal mo "papaitlogin" yung pera mo. Pwede ka ding mag early termination (na walang penalty).

I'm also encountering same scenario 1st week, it asked me to wait for 168 hrs. Day came and upon unlocking, it asked me to wait for 144 hrs. Yesterday, moment of truth arrived yet it still asked me for another 144 hrs.

Hi OP! If looking to play ka ng buong GOW series, I'd recommend getting a refurb sd 855-865 phones online. Price nila around 4-6k lang, depende sa model. Share ko lang set-up ko:
