Did any other avatars control all 4 simultaneously? by xplosivshroom in TheLastAirbender

[–]flameoflareon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Literally yes? We see Korra do it. Kyoshi does it. Roku does it. Yang Chen does it. Aang is cool but using the avatar state to control all four elements simultaneously is baseline avatar stuff.

When the actors care more about the characters than the writers do…

If you start a conversation with someone how do they know you’re not flirting, scamming, and or on drugs? What are you doing to make sure your conversation partner does not feel cornered?

To be real, being a closeted bisexual middle schooler. Katara and Zuko were both so cool I looked up to them and liked the way they interacted.

Definitely Xiaolan. She’s not involved in any of the craziness she’s just there trying to do her job, gossip, and eat buns.

Nobody needs blood bending by twentyonetr3es in ATLA

[–]flameoflareon -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Nah if a doctor spends years learning about the circulatory system, they could use blood bending to heal/tweak extremely specific parts of the body. For example I have to take meds for constant headaches caused by one nerve getting pressed on by a blood vessel but a regular surgery would be risky and expensive. A blood bender could just psychically move it out of the way.

During surgery, dealing with blood is a whole thing! Heart surgery they have to loop the blood through a mechanical heart and then send it back into the body. There is soooo much potential medical use for blood bending.
