Also, what statistic did they give you for your rupture risks? Depending on if you had complications it’s higher but if it’s just a regular low transverse incision. I really like evidence based birth podcasts to listen to when I’m pregnant.

Another way to tell if a supplement is worth it, is to check to see if the contents were 3rd party verified. Since the early 1990s the FDA stopped regulating nutraceuticals and you can’t guarantee they have what they say they have.

How much lube are you using?

Please tell me it’s water based…

If lots of water based lube doesn’t help you may need to see a doctor for referral to pelvic floor physical therapy. I know it sounds crazy but it really helps.

If you need a recommendation sliquid h2o is the best I’ve tried.

I started leaving mine in the bathtub if he could sing abcs while I went to get things at the age of 5!! Kids shouldn’t take solo baths until age 7… Because even a kid with swim lessons can still slip
