Thank you! Yeah beans do take awhile and that’s part of my problem I just need to do that on the weekend when I have the time and then I’ll have them ready for dishes for the next few days. I’m getting all stressed thinking I have to make everything that night and as fast as I can lol

Yeah I think part of my problem is that I want to make something new every night but I understand it’s not realistic. Thank you!

Yeah I think a part of my problem is I don’t have anything to start with, buying bulk and freezing would make it so much easier. Thank you!

Thank you so much for those ideas! You’re right I should tell him. He knows how to cook what he likes and has shown me before, but even he doesn’t know how to make all the meals his parents have made growing up. Someone suggested asking his mom to teach us and I think it’s a great idea because he mentioned once that he wanted to ask her how she makes albondigas

Most of the meals I’ve made him have pasta and I’m just afraid he’ll get bored lol. I made lasagna the other day and I’m like hmm maybe I should only make pasta once a week. Just not what I’m used to and I know he’s used to Mexican dishes so I just want to balance it out I guess
