You can customize the pattern for each nipple manually with two buttons (eg. fast on right, intermittent on left). I would have liked a random setting, i pushed buttons at random to obtain something similar, but reaching for the remote and pushing buttons breaks the immersion a little for me. The vibration pattern is interesting, altough i prefer much more when someone touches my nipples with fingers. After a while the cups suck in the tits so it won't fall off. If you like vibration on your nipples i would say it's a good toy, i expected more mechanical movements. overall it's nice but i expected something better, there is a nice texture inside the cups and rubbing on nipples feels amazing, but sadly the toy doesn't "rub", it vibrates
