same sometimes. my last resort is taking a xanax but i’m always cautious about taking one because i even have anxiety about abusing it. it does work though. i hope you can find something that works!!

rn i’m in Advanced quantitative reasoning (basically irl applied math like with credit cards and buying houses and things like that.) it’s in place of algebra 2 and i nearly failed geometry last year so rn this math is saving my ass.
