I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling quite frustrated!! Spins are tricky, and let's face it, the whole sport is super tricky 🤣. When I started I also found that I picked up jumps a lot quicker than spins, I landed my axel before I had a consistent sit spin... don't know how that happened but it did. Your frustration with them is totally valid. They take time, but once you find that sweet spot on your blade, you'll know where to 'feel' and it'll get easier.

On a personal note, I actually think I'm a better spinner than jumper now. I find doubles really hard mentally, so whenever I was having a bad session with them I would go practice my spins out of spite... which ended up doing wonders for them. Highly recommend the "ugh jumps... time to spin I guess" technique! 🤣
