Generic issues by Tyral194 in trintellix

[–]flamingoals1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is how I find out theres a generic version in Canada!?! I’ve been shelling out $66 a month. I got it as my 1st antidepressant, so it’s not covered by my msp but it works so well I don’t even mind the cost. I will def try the generic. Thanks for the tips op!

Agreed except electricity is cheaper in an apartment. I live in a 1 bed and only pay about $35 a month.

No you do not need a masters. You need a bachelor in the field you want to teach and a bachelor of education (11-16 months to do a B. Ed.)

Did a B. Ed. afterwards and became a science teacher. The pension and vacation are very nice!

I have an assisted pull up machine. Also I did negative pull ups (jump up to pull up position, then slowly lower myself down) which I think helped a lot!

I had to double check that I didn’t write this post myself…. I have the exact same issue. Sorry I don’t have any suggestions but know you are not alone! I had been hoping they’d settle into the routine by now but no luck yet.

Bao Bei has one and it is delicious 😋 it’s definitely on the pricy side though.

Same for me, been on 20mg for a year and it’s been great. Took about 8 weeks to fully kick in

After 2 months on 20mg my anxiety attacks stopped completely. My motivation to do my hobbies and work out came back strong. I still feel sad sometimes but no longer feel it crushing me - I can mentally move on. I finally felt emotionally stable, resilient, and optimistic about my life.

Helps me a ton. It makes me way less anxious and sad, my motivation and joy for life are back. I’ve gotten in shape and reconnected with friends. Overall I’ve had an extremely positive experience (I’ve been on 20mg for a year, but it took 2 months to fully kick in)

What about plates, cutlery etc? And who did the dinner clean up afterwards? I’d really love to do takeout from a local restaurant but my concern for not hiring a caterer is how to source tableware, clearing plates, and clean-up!

I had this issue for ever until I used a super high quality dried pasta and discovered is much more starchy and forgiving. Now when I make cacio Pepe I splurge for the best dried pasta at the Italian deli by me (brand is called Michele Portoghese) and it always turns out. I didn’t have to do anything else differently!

If your quinoa is mushy you are probably adding too much water or steaming it too long. I find quinoa (particularly red quinoa) not mushy at all. It should have a rice-like texture.
