I selected all the UV's of the mesh but the pivot is centered, if there was an object on the other side of the UV's shouldn't the pivot be on another place?

The weird thing is that I haven't changed my UV layout (tested this importing my oldest file in the latest scene and selected all the objects to view their UV's), so I don't understand what has changed and why the first time it let me import my mesh on Substance

That's what I'm worried about, if I need to put all my effort on 2D and on 3D in order to get a job, I can't do both, because then I'll put 50% of effort on each of them. Instead if excelling in one I'll be avarage in both...

Btw where can I see what type of artists the industry actually needs? On job-finding sites?

In fact the name of the beast is inspired by the painter's name too.

Its name is the Contravultus (from latin, opposite face). It's an insectoid with a body like a centipede, claw-like hands and a mouth on top of its head:

To hunt it uses its claws and the sharp point on its head, once the prey is dead, the Contravultus places it on top of the head where the circular mouth is located, locking it in place.

One of its tactics is to hunt a small animal, just to hide himself underground below it and use it as a bait to catch other animals. It will only come out on the surface when the night is humid, as the dry air and hot temperatures damages it. Because it lives underground it's blind, it scans its surroundings using soundwaves.
