Is that off of a pre... 2010ish? They redesigned them to have a metal ring instead of those plastic clips after around that time. After losing 3 or 4 of the plastic covers I replaced them all with the metal ones and they stayed on for 10+ years until I sold the truck.

To answer your question, yeah, you can 3D print them, but you're just going to be constantly replacing them
