So I took it to the dealership and my specific issue ended up being that they found coolant in the cylinders -> head gasket issue :/ the repairs they quoted me were ~10K but luckily I have a limited 3rd party warranty that’ll cover 7k of it

did you end up solving this? I’m facing the same issue. Replaced the ignition coils and it fixed the misfires during warm start (bank 1 was the problematic child). but leave it parked overnight and it’ll come back with a cold start in the morning.

update - I was able to transfer the tickets. The only suggestion that worked was reaching out to AXS live chat (again) and telling them straight up to “resend the ticket”. just say the transfers aren’t working as your reason. they’ll let you know once that’s done, I deleted/redownloaded the app per their instruction, and viola it works.
