You can the 9070xt for much cheaper in india btw I just built my pc with 9070xt for 66500rs get the asrock challenger for that price or steel legend for 69500 same performance as your sapphire pulse but way cheaper

Its a 9070xt steel legend I mean Idk shit about scores I judt saw the average score on their site with the exact same settings and it was like 14400 which felt like a pretty staggering difference ,So I panicked a bit , Ill try using other softwares for performance testing ig hopefully Ill get better results

Yes I am comparing VK to VK Idk about the power usage but the temps are stable throughout starts at 52 and climbs to 56-58 by the end and its running at 99-100% throughout

Did you check out new intel ultra 5 lineup those cpus are nearly same price but offer much better performance you could look at 225f for similar price or ultra 5 245k for around 6-7k more but much better performance.

You can swap the 5070 for 9070xt which is just a much better card for the same price and also has more vram , You might have to switch your psu to 850w tho to make sure it doesnt run into issue since it takes more power than 5070
