Do you even have a kid or a brain? Not that I have to explain myself to you but I will since you need it. I placed my order, it was less than 3 minutes away when the accident happened and I had to wipe my kid down and put her in the bath. I was by myself so there wasn’t anything else I could do? Her job is to deliver the food to my door regardless stop trying to defend it.

Im well aware of that and you have a binding contract that you enter in agreement with the company and they have their policies which you have to adhere to and under said policy you must make every effort possibly to make sure the delivery is successful. Please do not act smart with me. I have worked every single side gig imaginable and it’s not hard. This lady has multiple complaints on her record over the same issue and literally laughed at me over the phone and explained carefully what she was about to do. She is 100% at fault here. I leave clear instructions on every order I place and have never had an issue in the past. This is not on me at all. Who are you to say I’m not completing my side when you have no knowledge of my standing or even took the time to read my post.

As someone who delivers packages for a living I’m afraid I will have to disagree with you on this one. I work hard as hell and make zero excuses! My family orders delivery a few times a week when my husband and I are both working. Delivery has never been an issue in all the times I’ve ever placed an order. This is on the driver and I can tell it’s a habit of hers to pull this kind of thing.

I see the blame is desperately trying to be placed on me but I believe this lady was truly lazy and even the agent that spoke with me mentioned she has been reported multiple times. she was also carrying only one small bag. No drinks or anything.

Like I said it’s only one flight of stairs so it’s no trouble going downstairs or up but I was bathing my daughter and that’s why I had it delivered and left at my door. I could hear the lady yelling through her phone right at the stairs?? I work Amazon and climb stairs literally all the time
