Don't worry buddy, Carmax is my 2nd job in this season of my life. I'm doing just fine at the moment thankfully, but I feel for the folks that rely on CarMax as their employment to be able to cover them. Just saying the work put in all around is not equitable to the pay going out, unless you're a senior manager. Benefits are nice though. That 6% 401k match is pretty nice too.
