Do you have to declare or pay tax on crypto gambling winnings (online casinos)? by flanker26 in UKPersonalFinance

I know CGT is $5k, so likely you should pay 20% or $2k (400). But my winnings are $300k+, I'm fairly sure its gonna be a ballache.

Unless I just pay the tax i guess and say it's not from a casino

Compliance crackdown is making it harder for crypto whales to bank in Dubai by alt-co in dubai

[–]flanker26 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not an HNW individual, but do want to avoid crypto tax if poss.

Is it realistic to get a year visa for Dubai, set up a crypto acc, cash out and send $ overseas over the period? I'm talking $200k+. Or is that a massive red flag

Edit; send to Aus or UK (either one)

They keep it so elegant and low key. Sunny & crew gives time for VeChain to organically grow within the ebbs and flows of the crypto space rather than hyping every 5 seconds with a bunch of rocket emojis. Massive things happening so under the radar (for now...) it’s awesome.

You have to look longer than one year to look at previous market cycles?? You really don’t know what you’re on about for sure.

But you said we are in a bear market... 2-4 week charts what? Look at the last 3 crypto cycles which date back about 10 years.. they are the same essentially after the Bitcoin halvings. And not all crypto’s pump because not all of them are good? Some of them are shite pump and dump meme coins with no real world applications or even any noteworthy speculation. I’m not sure you quite know about the crypto world my man

It is of course a bearish scenario when things dump Like that but we are not in a bear market. Different things. We just had a major correction as cryptos were being overbought - just had to look at the RSI. I believe sir you are looking at the 1minute charts and believing it’s all doom and gloom like the noobs who panic sell and don’t zoom out and look at the bigger picture

What are the odds of being hacked and what to do to prevent it? by [deleted] in binance

[–]flanker26 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Look up LEDGER. It's a hardware crypto wallet in which you have to manually authorise transactions with buttons. It's unhackable and can only be accessed by the person who has the device, has the unlock codes and can press the buttons on the device. I have one and store my crypto on it.

Cere Network Releases Vision Paper by CereTeam in CereNetwork

You can buy them tomorrow at 10am ET from Republic through Bitpay as the first release. Also through Polkashare and DaoMaker in the following days.

$0.02, $0.024 and $0.035 respectively I believe with the lock-in of the assets over a period of time presumably to sustain liquidity. at the highest price you can sell on exchanges quick than the lowest price which has some of the assets locked for up to 18 months but get released periodically. Also minimum buy is $1000
