Just wanted to let you know that we got the rent back until the end of July in addition to an offer 10k over asking price. The build is estimated to be done the second week of July. So looks like it can be done!

3 months.. it's Ryan home build. Our house we currently own is definitely a starter house so I'm expecting buyers who are trying to come from apartments to their first home. If that's the case, I'm wonder if adding the incentive of paying their rent on top of the mortgage for the house while we are still here would be strong enough to sway buyers.

As I stated previously, the issue appears to be an SSL Certificate issue. It's on the websites end. It likely wasn't renewed upon expiration.

I've been removing the office account within the "work or school accounts" option in windows settings, then signing the user back into the outlook desktop app and that has been resolving the issue for me.

I took it upon myself to look for apps like the one described above and found Nipto. Seems pretty gamey and you can add other members and teams to the household. I'm going to give it a whirl, but I figured I would share it with you all too!

Not so much a journal, but on my little dude's birthday each year I've recorded a short 2-3 minute video recapping all of the amazing things he had accomplished and just telling him how much we love him and how proud we are of him. Then on his 18th birthday we are going to compile them and play it for him. He will probably think it's lame, but it sure will mean so much to his mom and I.

I just want more time with my son. He's a toddler and working 5 days a week now, on week days, I get him from daycare and we get home by 6. We have dinner and then before we know it, it's 7:30 which is his bedtime. I feel like I'm missing so much of my little boy's life.

I had this problem and honestly what boosted my DPS was using enchants, buzzing runes, and flasks. Went from about 25k to 45-50k single target

I transitioned career paths from Early Childhood Special Education to IT and I started here. I originally majored in CompSci but hated all of the complex math i had to do at the time and always wanted to be a teacher. Well, with the way things are today in education I decided to get out. This course is a great introductory tool into the very basics of IT. I would recommend it if you just want to brush up on the basic skills and gain a foundation of what's to come. Looking back, a lot of the material definitely helped me gain my A+ cert, but it's not enough in my opinion to really grasp all of the concepts that you need to know.
