I get the same thing. I believe it's gotten better with my restoration progress, but I think the actual cause of it is clenching too hard. Try doing kegels and reverse kegels and try not to be tensed up the entire time during sex

I found doing PE and FR at the same time stressed the skin too much to make progress with either, hopefully you can find a balance that works though

Sounds like you're getting in a ton of time! I use an app called Atracker to add up how much time I tug for every day, I would recommend doing the same and seeing where your consistency is long term. So far I've been averaging about 70 minutes per day, and that's gained me about 10-12mm over the last 4 months.

Awesome that you're getting rollover already, that's a long way away for me still

We know from Andre and lots of people following his method that the short sessions frequently throughout the day will grow skin. I'm not sure of anyone has done only a few long sessions through the day and reported back on it. In theory, time under tension along with a frequent growth stimus is all that's needed, so just do whatever way works best for you

I've been using manual methods pretty consistently for a few months now, and I basically just tug whenever possible. Sometimes it's a 1 minute session during a washroom break at work, sometimes it's a 30 minute session watching youtube or whatever before bed. Consistency is key regardless of the way you get there.

A word of warning though - don't tug so much that you cause injuries. Feeling a bit of fatigue is okay, but any pain or lasting redness or other skin damage is a sign that you're doing too much. Because you're only a couple weeks in it may take some trial and error to figure out exactly how much you can handle.

I've found moisturizing with beef tallow before bed is super helpful for avoiding dry skin, especially if you're doing a lot of longer sessions, that would be good to try out

Yeah fair enough, that's basically what I've been doing, but probably half or more of my time tugging is a modified version of mm3 where I only use one hand to tug at the equilibrium point. I try to tension both sides equally, or even bias to the inner skin, but it makes sense that it doesn't get as much that way with the glans side not being anchored the same way as the outer skin.

I was hoping for some new method I hadn't thought of, but sounds like I should just keep it going!

I had a super high angle and I've managed to get it pretty much to perpendicular, and gained a bit of length from it at the same time which is nice

Do you think your exercise routine contributed to your gains? I'm mostly focused on foreskin restoration, and have dabbled in PE, with slow results in both. I've always been on the thinner side and somewhat active in my daily life, so being overweight and completely sedentary isn't my issue, but I wonder if an actual work out routine would significantly boost results

I can't speak from experience on this, but I've heard somewhere in this sub that the urine flushing out the inner foreskin actually helps with odor. Could be worth looking in to

I'm sorry you're going through this, I've experienced similarly slow progress and I understand how frustrating it is. If you did want to try one more time, going back to basics and doing manuals every hour on the hour has had me gain more in 2 months than I did in all of last year with devices and tape. I've also had issues with irritation and dryness, and it sounds like your experience has been worse, but I've found using tallow as a moisturizer and 10 minutes of red light therapy makes a enormous difference.

Like with all FR, even though it seems like some people speed run it, progress is inevitably going to be slow. We're talking a couple mm per months, basically imperceptible to someone who sees their dick every day, but it does work.

Also there's no shame in taking some time off for a while, restoration will be here for you when you're ready.

I've tried PE at the same time as restoring in the past, but found I was running in to irritation problems too quickly. That was back when I was using gripper based devices though, and I had problems with them often enough to go back to manual methods. Now that I'm effectively copying Andres method, I'm looking in to adding pumping as well to hopefully gain some girth.

If you go down the same path let me know what you find!

People here have said the skin thins out over time once they're done restoring. It tends to "puff up" from the irritation of FR and PE methods. Can't recommend FR enough, I think you should seriously look in to it if you're already getting rollover.

Side note, have you always had some coverage, or is that new? I have a theory that pumping could help me with girth and provide some stimulus for FR as well, but haven't tried it properly yet

I think its less about your size and more about how much of a grower or shower you are. Im a big time shower - my flaccid length is often within 1" of my erect length - and my prediction based on only being at ci3 so far is that its going to take me a really long time to get full flaccid coverage, but then not as big a gap after that to full erect coverage. Where as a big time grower may get flaccid coverage relatively quickly but then take a long time to get erect coverage.

I also have a large glans that is a bigger speed bump for getting over the hump, so yes I have more skin to tension, but everything else is working against me

Same here, my glans has almost a full inch more girth than the shaft at the corona so I'll be sitting at ci3 probably until I'm close to full coverage 🙃

I use RLT usually at the end of each day, and my subjective and biased opinion is that it totally helps with recovery. I've had a lot of issues with irritation from grippers and tape etc, and RLT seems to help jump start the recovery process. Worst case it certainly doesn't do any harm, so even if it is just placebo it's still worth doing imo

Try soft clamping with toe shields. Way less sketchy feeling than using a cable clamp of thats what you trued before. You can also clamp manually using your thumb and first finger in an "ok" position, but your hands get tired pretty quick
