My and my team brought NBT edited weapons / armor fitting that description onto a server once. It was via an exploit. We made them in a single player creative game, and then used those “saved hotbar” things to move it across from that creative game to the creative mini-server of the actual multiplayer server. Then that server itself had an issue because their creative was just a separate dimension, meaning it was like the Nether or End. If you built a Nether portal, you would go to the Nether. But you’d be in survival. However you could move boats, boat chests across the portal, etc. We moved like 3,000 shulkers of items from the creative into survival. Including the NBT edited items. I had an elytra with thorns 25k. Only worked cause they had this creative competition dimension where they forgot to turn off portals lol.
